Excellent accommodation. Good value for money.

Pros: The services were excellent. Very satisfied with the stay. Room service was very good and prompt. The staff at the main counter were very friendly and answered all our queries. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Cons: I would have appreciated a complimentary newspaper early in the morning.

Good stay...value for money

Pros: The staff were good, the restaurant staff was very courteous.

Cons: The front office staff can be a bit more considerate on the guests. It will be good to be upfront and straight forward instead of providing standardised response. The room given to us was a single room which is not what we booked.
