Great place to stay and great value

Pros: The flora charisma rooms are very large with a comfortable bed.The buffet breakfast and evening buffet were great value and of a high standard,the food really was excellent!Friendly,helpful staff contributed to a great stay.

Good place close to the airport

Pros: The staff at the front desk is really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. It's a 15min drive from the airport and about one hour to Fort Kochi. They will organise a taxi to pick you up from the airport.

Cons: Just as a Note: There was a misinterpretation when I asked for a taxi pick up at 4am. Even though I sent the flight details with the dates (for this reason I booked 2nights). They thought I would come one day earlier and wanted some extra payment. Luckily we could solve it out after a few text messages. For the future please read the whole flight details espacielly the dates.

Great value for money.

Pros: The service from all staff was very friendly, hospitable, and accomodating, especially Mr. Vinesh. The hotel facilities and upkeep were of good standard. The cleanliness was remarkable.

Cons: Movies on TV were not available on some days.
