Tranquil location in nature but still close to Kalpatta

Pros: The location is a step into nature. Quiet and tranquil surrounded by trees and coffee plantation. The only sounds are the birds and the trees swaying. The best part is the service provided by Vineesh and Abhi . They were so helpful providing a wonderful breakfast each morning. Helping us plan visits to fantastic locations with George the Tuk Tuk driver. Vineesh brought us on a walk around the locality to enjoy a wonderful sunset. Nothing was to much for these two great guys.

Pros: We loved the complete quiet and beautiful surroundings. The pool was amazing and the breakfasts were freshly cooked. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Cons: The card machine didn’t work so we had to pay with cash from ATM.

Pros: We had a really wonderful stay here. The place is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable — it truly felt like home. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they helped us with everything: activities, transport, and so much more. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much for everything, we are very grateful, and we would love to come back

Pros: This is probably one of the best stays I’ve genuinely ever had the customer service was top tier. It was a good balance of privacy but also family homestay experience. I really craved idiyappam and they went out of their way to provide. They’re all such a lovely happy team of people. Beautiful grounds. Gorgeous pool. Amazing spacious rooms. Nature sounds. Lovely lovely views. So helpful with getting a ride and advice of places to go. Super flexible. Let us even use the kitchen. 10/10

Cons: Just wished I could have stayed longer haha but had to leave. It was perfect

Pros: The accomodation is in a peaceful location with amazing view! The rooms are very spacious with balconies. It js possible to do your laundry and cook in the shared kitchen. The hosts also provide drinkable water. It is truly amazing if you book the room here and are able to rent a scooter. The accomodation is up to hill and about 30 mins walking up to a very steep hil from the town. Usually the tuk tuk drivers do not want to take you there so you have to walk. The accomodation providors offer to arrange a driver for the guests if you do not wish to walk, so that was nice.

Would recommend to those wanting a secluded stay and happy to not be within walking distance to anywhere!

Pros: Secluded (but can also be a negative ) Staff really friendly and will help order takeaways as there’s no where close by to eat. Clean Comfortable Large rooms Good WiFi Really enjoyed our stay!!

Cons: Not a huge amount to do around here but walking through the properties coffee plantation was a huge positive. Really need a car to benefit from staying here, or willing to pay for Tuk tuks everywhere

Felt like home

Pros: Wonderful staff - Winnish and the team made us feel like family. The infinity pool was magical, as was sunset. Amazing coffee and apum!

The spacious rooms were tastefully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed by the excellent service provided by the hosts, who ensured our utmost comfort throughout our stay. *Vineesh* and *Chef Shibu chettan* were fantastic hosts. Their hospitality and the delicious food made our stay memorable. A highlight of our stay was the stunning view from the swimming pool. This breathtaking panorama left us spellbound. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Chembra Adobe Homestay. We highly recommend this serene retreat to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a peaceful escape.

Restful getaway, Vineesh and Abhi made us feel right at home

Pros: Great place to calm down and unwind from the busy Kalpetta city. Tastefully and yet traditionally furnished house. Set within a coffee plantation which we could visit, and the infinity pool is real! Most importantly, wonderful hospitality by Vineesh and Abhi who made us feel right at home and helped with everything we needed. Would come back again.

Cons: Nothing, we should have stayed longer :)
