Cons: Quiet as required, sleep an go kind of place , value for money, no fancy stuff, courteous staff

Pros: The stay is near aluva railway station and the staff is so friendly...they provided clean towel and a tea/coffee facilities

Cons: Although the room was clean, i noticed hair in the drain of the bathroom.. I noticed it when i was using it, so didn't ask them to clean it...

Pros: Location - proximity to the city, neatly maintained.

Cons: The towels provided weren’t clean enough.

Pros: What made it a pleasure to stay here was the helpfulness of the staff who could not have been better. They even allowed me to leave a suitcase with them whilst I went to Munnar.The hotel is quite close to the station and near to the shops.Although the room was on the small side it was clean and comfortable I will stay here again when I am next in Aluva

Good, tidy & comfortable

Pros: This budget hotel was much cleaner than others I’ve stayed in. The bathroom has a hot water, the location is close to both the train & bus stations. The wifi was very good. Water, tea coffee & kettle are available in the room. I like that this hotel has a proper towel as a floor mat for the bathroom. Service from Udhay was extremely good. He was polite, helpful & reliable. He ordered my auto for me, provided water replenishment & helped with bags. He also provided an umbrella when I wanted to visit the shops which are close by. Lots of suitcase / shoe shops nearby which helps if you need repairs or extra bags. Also found a veg restaurant not too far on the main road. AC worked well plus there’s a fan. There is a longer mirror (not full length but longer) in the bedroom which many other places don’t have. Bathroom floor dried quickly which was lovely. Comfortable clean room.

Cons: Bathroom towel had a lot of bobbles and not cleaned properly but I asked for another one and that one was clean. Glasses could also be cleaner. You can hear everything outside when people are talking but that’s manageable for a short stay. Pillows should be checked by the hotel regularly and changed as in humid weather mould marks can develop.

Very comfortable.

Pros: A brief (one night), but very comfortable stay. The staff were very polite and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.
