Prefect location, GREAT food, adorable rooms!!!

Pros: The location is a main asset for the hotel as well as the well groomed staffs with their knowledge of how a hotel runs. The room service staffs and front office staffs are well aware of their roles and duties. The in-house food service and contents were top notch!!! There wouldn’t be nothing short of saying, Park Residency Arcadia, Aluva is a wonderful place for stay, food & worth every penny.

Pros: The staff. Exceptionally helpful, kind and always greet you with a smile. The hotel was well maintained, clean and up to a good standard. The location is also good. Drivers can easily find it.

Pros: Sharath and Saranya were always there to help us and accomodate our all needs to requests. They were helpful to get us the early breakfast as we were planning to leave early. There were very few guests in the hotel as I think it is situated in a location where seldom tourists stays.
