Excellent house excellent staff

Pros: The propert had a colonial feel to it and I had a fabulous room with a large balcony so you could enjoy a cup of tea there. It was close to everywhere you wanted to go to. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do more for you.

Cons: Nothing really

Good room with a balcony looking towards the Ooty Gardens. Sooker table was a plus!Gardens.

Pros: Super location for our needs. Friendly staff and good breakfasts.

Cons: Smalls in the bathroom. Slopping floors. an unusual feature.

Convenient, comfortable and good value.

Pros: Great location, just a short walk into town. Old style building with large rooms. Decent bathroom and shower. Staff were all really good. Helpful, cheerful and attentive. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. They were able to recommend a local taxi driver and guide, Arul. He was brilliant with airport transfer and excursions. Don’t choose any one else!

Cons: It’s nice being next to the Sacred Heart cathedral, a beautiful building. But they ring the bells early so no need for an alarm clock!

Pros: We could walk out of place to the botanical gardens. We were also in walking distance of the railway station, shops and restaurants. The food and staff at this place were amazing. It was a little cold, and we were supplied with a heater. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons: I prefer to pay on arrival or prepay.

Pros: Great staff very helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Best holiday ever

Pros: The property is set across Sacred Heart Church and in quiet location. Ideal for everyone and the manager Mr Gopal Pradhan and his staff were exceptional. The food was great and vegetarian options were available and nothing was trouble with any requests. The drivers for excursions were excellent and very reasonable and also provided airport transfers. Due rainy season the weather was cold and extra blankets and pillows were provided.

Cons: I did not find any faults.

Pros: The breakfast options were good and the property was well maintained and extremely homely. The staff were prompt and very helpful with every request we asked for. Overall a very comfortable stay with the family.

Cons: There was black mould on the ceiling of the Super delux king size room and this really isn't good for breathing

Exceptional Stay.

Pros: Very well maintained. Very clean and hygienic. Bathroom was very clean. Parking is available. Very good for families. Nice staff and very prompt in responding. Breakfast options we had are idli poha puri on alternative days. You can ask for bread omelette. Very near to botanical and rose garden. 5 minutes walk. Boat house is 10 minutes drive.

Cons: Nothing when we visited.

Pros: Nice large family room. We enjoyed the pool table and other games. Good location, easy walk to Botanical Gardens and Tibetan market. 10 mins walk from restaurants. Good shop/supermarket 5 mins walk. Nice breakfast & kind breakfast staff.

Cons: Mould on ceilings in bedroom & bathroom. Could do with cleaning & re-painting. Man at check-in was not particularly friendly: took ages photocopying passports, then taking photos of passports and of us without making any pleasant conversation.
