Serenity inn - Rose Garden

Pros: It's an all rounder !! Loved the location because it was very peaceful n calm place . . The rooms were very tidy n literally spotless. Hotel staff were friendly and helped us finding spots to visit and arranged travels also

Cons: Nothing . All good.

Pros: I got nothing to say except for peace of mind. I felt complete serenity. The room was very clean and hygiene. Hospitality level was another level thank you ( gowder Anna) you're where very kind n sweet. The hotel is located in heart of the town. I didn't have a problem walking in and around the town. Everything thing was near by, like restaurants coffee shops even the booze shop was close.😜 The room has a good mountain view of the western gaths. I enjoyed sipping my morning n evening coffee watching the stunning view. The room was cosy n warn even though Ooty was very cold at nights. Overall I'm very satisfied with my holiday with serenity inn. The name says it all \

Sunny balcony at Serenity Inn

Pros: The room was big. It had a south facing balcony with sun all day long. The hot water was good, and it had a good bathroom. I had to upgrade to a deluxe room, which was only about 500 rupees a night extra. It is a 3 minute walk to the Sullivan Court Hotel, and I could take my meals there if I wanted. Hakim was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. He even took on his motorcycle to change money at an excellent exchange rate.

Cons: It is an open floor plan, so sound carries. They leave the windows open at night, so it can get a bit cold. There is no heating, so I used an extra blanket. I was warm and comfortable, but this may not be to some people's liking. Also, there are a lot of dogs in the area who bark at night, so I would recommend ear plugs for a sound sleep, but that is the case with many places in India and Nepal.

Well maintained rooms and lovely service

Pros: The place is well maintained. The staff were so helpful. It's in the heart of the town so every major spot is easily accessible. The room is very spacious and clean. It even had a balcony which I think is not available in most properties in Ooty. The room had an individual water heater and a smart TV and the washroom was very spacious and clean. Though it's in the heart of the town , the environment is very calm and relaxing. Restaurants were just at walkable distance which I felt was very convenient. I think I found a perfect spot in Ooty for a real getaway vacation. I will surely come back.
