Pros: Its location and ambience is top notch. The rooms are nice and cozy.

Cons: Ive been greeted with stained towels and bedsheets and that was a bit of a turn off. The rooms could use room heaters. These two things are not justifying the premium price

Pros: The stay was so good that we had second thought to go back home. We wanted to extend our stay and spend time there. The hosts are all so humble and friendly and caring to the core. Everything is Amazing and our car also got a free water splash before checkout.

Pros: I had the best experience here. The staff were exceptional. I stayed here for 3 days — the room was clean, and the environment was very peaceful. The scenery from the hotel was especially beautiful, and the food was very tasty. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations.

Great location and helpful staff

Pros: Fantastic location (views) and the staff did everything to make us comfortable. They arranged for the use of a local driver who was invaluable in showing us all the sights in and around Ooty and. Coonoor. He also picked us up from Mysore and took us to the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve on our way to the property. The home cooked food was extremely tasty.

Cons: Unfortunately, we were there during a particularly cold spell. The property does not have heating in the room so it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been. It also meant we were unable to use the balcony.

A slice of paradise

Pros: They don’t deserve a mere 5 stars/10 and it pained us to leave. Hands down the loveliest stay we had in India over the past 5 weeks. The property treats you with multiple amazing views and offers a peaceful setting which makes you feel nested in among the hills and tea plantations. And if the views, comfortable beds and warm showers are not enough, they have a fantastic team which attends to your every need. Whether you need a home-cooked meal, sightseeing tour, taxis, to recharge your Indian SIM or a surprise birthday party, they have got you covered. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to spend a couple of days here and unwind. The investment will be well worth it!
