Perfect Stay and value for money

Pros: The rooms were very clean. The staff (Mahesh and Manoj) were polite and helpful, ensuring the safety of guests. Amazing view from the terrace and room, the restaurant is worth trying. Rose Garden is easily accessible from the hotel for a morning walk. The overall experience was excellent, would love to stay in Royal Serene Villas again.

Cons: Everything went well, no complaints.

Pros: Very spacious 2bedroom with dining area. Perfect for family accomodation. All staffs are very kind and special mention to Mr. mahesh - Very kind and supportive. Thanks for making this holiday as most memorable one.

Cons: May be a Full floor mats would have enhanced the stay.

Pros: The service is really good. People managing the hotel are really supportive & friendly. This is a very good value for money stay in ooty. We had a really good experience staying there & this hotel is highly recommended.

Cons: If the rooms can be cleaned everyday with the help of more staff it would be great.

Pros: I have just one word, awesome. The balcony view was breathtaking, the staffs were so professional and helpful and the rooms were so clean. In this budget, I don't think you would get any better stay than this. Food options were limited, but the market wasn't very far away from the location. The best thing was rooftop view.

It was stress-free and comfortable.

Pros: Location was close to main areas. Staff were very courteous and helpful with all our needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a breakfast place nearby which is good as well.

Cons: There could be some kitchen utensils like spoons, maybe an induction stove.

Great place, would definitely recommend

Pros: Had a great experience staying at Royal Serene Villas. The location was good and just 5-10 minutes away from the city centre. The amenities were decent. The view from the balcony was good. Mr. Mahesh and the other staff were kind and super helpful. They helped us in getting a cab for sightseeing. They provided us luggage storage after checking out and even a temporary room for freshening up before boarding our return bus. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Since we visited during peak season, the rooms were little expensive with respect to the amenities.

Pros: This is the first time I'm visiting Ooty and my entire trip was amazing all thanks to Royal Seren Villas I would definitely recommend them for your next trip to Ooty and you will not be disappointed It's very close to the Central The staff are so welcoming and their hospitality is commendable The rooms are extremely clean and it gave us a comfortable and worthwhile stay They also have parking facilities with a lot of safety
