Excellent and Comfortable stay booked at very short notice

Pros: The ambience, cleanliness, comfort, parking space everything is really good, and well maintained. The owner also had a great conversation with my family while our room was being prepared (we arrived at around 12 PM). The property is relatively new and was extremely well maintained.

Cons: When we got to the property, we were told that the Booking.com reservation which I made (and confirmed) is not really confirmed. While I had booked 2 deluxe rooms, I was told that only one was available and that another executive room at a higher price was available. I had to re-book by paying an extra amount for the executive. It was not too much a bother, but would have become really troublesome if the second room was not available at all. I suggest Booking.Com (which I frequently use) to have better co-ordination with the property owner in the future. Besides, they appear to be short-staffed. Would suggest for the owner to delegate more responsibilities to the manager which also goes well with the facilities staff who are very hospitable with the guests.
