Pros: I was confused after seeing few mixed reviews which I gone through before choosing this property but I made my mind to go this property because of few reasons.... 👍Only very few properties provided with swimming breakfast and budget suiting mine...I'm totally happy from the front office, the room service, the stay from the evening till the next day i stayed there...thanks to Mr.Siju(Hotel Manager) who gave me confidence to select their hotel and ended up happily....good gestures from me n my family🙂🙏 Good location and ambience where you can watch flights landing while enjoying swimming at the roof top pool😀

Pros: Property was clean and the people were courteous. Overall a great stay, though the breakfast area wasn’t Upto mark clean and had a weird smell. Rest everything was great. Would recommend

Simply the Best place near Kochi

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. The room was comfortable, with excellent amenities including air conditioning, hot water, and a TV. The bed was truly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep every night. The breakfast included was a great way to start the day, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop swimming pool, which offered stunning views and a peaceful place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, providing a calm atmosphere after a day of exploring, and the hotel's proximity to the airport made it very convenient for us. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Pros: Rooms are really clean and spacious. It is worth for money to those who are coming as family. Breakfast was really amazing and it was fresh. I will definitely recommend to book this hotel without any hesitation. Staffs are really polite and exhibit professional behaviour. Kudos to the team.

Pros: The apartments are spacious with lovely lush views of coconut palms and banana trees. It’s great to see and hear the planes coming in and out if the airport too. The bed was super comfy with soft squishy pillows. There are no amenities in the kitchen but if you ask reception they will bring plates and cutlery if you need it. They will even supply an ironing board and iron. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are eager to assist and help make your stay as best it can be.

Pros: All were good except for the timings of the swimming pool.

Cons: Timings should be extended for PPL who came late to the pool.
