Monsoon Apartments is a fabulous place to pause, relax, and feel cared for during your travels.
Pros: Our stay at Monsoon Apartments was outstanding. It was easily the cleanest accommodation we experienced in all our travels in India, and the apartment felt like a welcome slice of home. Adnan was incredibly warm and generous with his time, going out of his way to help us explore the neighbourhood and discover local spots we might otherwise have missed. The tucked-away location offers an authentic glimpse of Kannur, away from the usual paths. The home-cooked breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and truly set each day up perfectly. We highly recommend Monsoon Apartments as a fabulous place to pause, relax, and feel genuinely cared for during your travels.

Great stay
Pros: The host was really helpful and understanding. The facilities were good. Rooms and washrooms were clean. The ambience was comfortable. It was a silent area with lots of plants and few birds. The stay was worth the money we pay.
Cons: The location is bit interior. The host arranged the transport facilities conveniently. So we did felt comfortable.

My experience at Monsoon Apartments.
Pros: Excellent facilities. Homely environment. Working Wi-Fi, kitchen, AC, running hot water, calm, serene and peaceful part of the town, good connectivity, accessibility to all part of the town. The owner Mr. Adnan was very helpful. 🙏
Cons: The access road is very narrow. If you're not an experienced driver, navigation can be challenging. Atleast coffee and tea could be made complimentary.

Peaceful getaway
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Monsoon Apartments for three nights. The peaceful neighborhood made it an ideal escape. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful views of the jungle, but still very close to Kannur centre. The upper apartment comes with two bedrooms (AC), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and a large balcony. The service was outstanding, the hosts provided delicious breakfast (the best in India so far) and helped us out a lot with ordering a taxi and tuktuk’s, helping us book a train and letting us do laundry. Thanks for the wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend!

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Monsoon Apartments. The place is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities. The owners are very hospitable and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. We were also lucky enough to taste some delicious traditional food cooked by Reema. Our kids too had a lovely time playing in the garden outdoors. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, peaceful and well looked after stay!

Brilliant. Exceeded our expectations. Peaceful, restful, surrounded by nature. Perfect.
Pros: Excellent. The apartment is modern, spacious and well-equipped. The property is located in a quiet and safe residential district with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed watching an eagle take a bath - wow! The host went above and beyond to create an enjoyable stay, suggesting high quality experiences and restaurants that would be hard to discover otherwise. We felt welcome at all times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for a comfortable and homely visit to Kannur.
Cons: We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Pros: Everything was very good, me and my Friend John Raiton#spb we had à great stay there. The place was very calm and peacefull. Nearby shop, autorickshaw and bus to easyly get to kannur. The housekeepeers was very Nice and the food breakfast time was just great, for wich I give a 10/10 mark the lady !! Do not hesitate to make that place your starting spot to visit Kannur !! Surely I will stay again for sometime on my next trip !! 🙏🏻❤🙏🏻
Cons: We only regret that the food cant be send to us at the time we need. 8h30 is too late for early bird or people who came in that city for training. After we ask, the housekeeper arrange for 7h30. The best would be to get more flexibility on the subject to make the place the perfect place to stay. Anyway thank you for the great food, fresh morning Milk. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ein Traumaufenthalt!
Pros: Wir ( drei Frauen) hatten ein großzügiges Apartment im ersten Stock, mit sehr schönen Zimmern, zwei Bädern und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, unserem Fahrer vermittelte der Hausherr eine preiswerte Unterkunft. Der Balkon lud abends zum Verweilen ein und der Garten war liebevoll bepflanzt. Das Haus hatte eine 24 Stunden Security. Zu guter Letzt möchten wir das sehr gute Frühstück erwähnen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet von Kannur, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Absolute Empfehlung, unsere beste Unterkunft während unserer mehrwöchigen Rundreise durch Südindien im November 2025.
