Stay at Gulzar service apartment, a great experience

Pros: The apartment is built with practicality in mind. All facilities were convenient and operational. Location is great, accessible to Kannur, Telicherry etc. Ordering food on swiggy was convenient. The owner Mr. Jabir is very cooperative and a super host.

Pros: Firstly the pictures put up on Booking.com do not do justice to the real apartment. Its a larger than life experience and Jabir was helpful throughout our entire stay. My family especially my 3 year old daughter had the time of her life staying here cause he even out of his way to ask the caretaker to inflate the Pool for us so she could take a dip. A must stay property if you're visiting Kannur

Pros: Great interiors, wonderful amenities. Kitchen and its gadgets were excellent. Great getaway for a family or friends ( 4-5nos) wishing anonymity and privacy, yet having the exclusive feel of a Resort. Great location, although the level crossing could be irksome at times. Very attentive and courteous staff, especially Ranjit who did an admirable job during the time we were there. Special mention of Mr. Jabir Shafi, the owner of the property, for his personal touch in everything and cheerfully addressing all our queries.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like in the property, although the level crossing near the property could be exasperating.

Pros: We enjoyed the stay at Gulzar and felt like home :-) Moreover it was a calm, safe as well as a comfortable one. Highly recommended!

Pros: Ambient, and ample space for 1-2families with kids.. Main attraction is terrace turf wich is very good and its private for us.. Most suitable for 2 couples or for full familes.. 2 bedrooms ..spacious hall..very good Green grass turf on terrace.. Enjoying rain from terrace is a must have experience.. And its not inside the city..so calm and serene with green surrounding. But not far from city.. Big shopping mall is just 300Mtrs away.. All good.. Staff Ranjeeth helped for everything, and Guest Relationship Manager Mr Jabir also very responsive and friendly...we felt like home...

Pros: Apartment is in pristine condition, well maintained and premium appliances. Pleasant interiors, and descent roof-top play area with artificial grass mat.

Pros: I recently stayed at Gulzar Service Apartment in Kannur for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as the first.This time, I visited with my mom and family, and we had a fantastic experience. My little daughter absolutely loves Gulzar—during our first visit, she enjoyed playing on the private rooftop turf, and we had a memorable rain bath there. When I told her we were visiting Kannur again for a temple visit, she was overjoyed, saying, 'We’re going to Gulzar' The host, Jabir, was incredibly helpful, as always. He even arranged an Innova taxi for us, and the driver was as nice as him. A special thanks to the caretaker, Ranjith, for his support throughout our stay. Gulzar is our go-to place whenever we’re in Kannur—we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.
