Superb Independent Apartment with Excellent Host

Pros: This is an independent set of apartments in a quiet locality not very far from Kochi Airport. Its fully furnished with fine beds, aging yet comfortable sofas, chairs, table etc. The fairly well equipped kitchen has a large fridge, some vessels, gas stove and basic condiments. But its the Owner/caretaker Babu's responsive can-do attitude that sets this property apart. Babu's intelligent active participation will solve most of your stay related issues almost immediately. His local knowledge and entrepreneurial experience are a valuable addition. The junior caretakers were also uniformly helpful and prompt.

Cons: There were some shortcomings but almost all were resolved by the host's willingness to respond with alacrity.

Pros: Very close to Rajagiri Hospital, the rooms are spacious, Babu the owner is very accommodating and will cater to your needs. There's plenty of parking space if you have your own car, rickshaws or Uber is also readily available in area

Pros: The best hotel so far I have stayed the owner shows simplicity and a sense of gratitude towards the people. The saying “Atithi deva bhava” which means guest is like god is well reflected here not only by owner but also by the staff. Despite being owner the person’s sense of simplicity and the way he interacts with people is very good. BY FAR THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED nor 10 but 20 out of 10

Pros: extremely impressed. It's undoubtedly one of the cleanest places I've visited, and the location couldn't have been better. The owner was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Cons: Could have served breakfast daily as it says breakfast included.
