Pros: An excellent place to stay when visiting Rajagiri Hospital, which is just a five-minute walk away. The property is exceptionally clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located near many shops and markets. Additionally, the host kindly assisted with currency exchange upon request, offering more favorable rates than those available at the airport.
Cons: It's around 40 minutes drive to any mall or Broadway bazaar.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay . The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were polite. Overall the stay met my expectations , with good service and a comfortable atmosphere.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this fully furnished apartment. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. All essential amenities were provided, making the stay very comfortable and hassle-free. The furniture and appliances were in excellent condition, and the apartment felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, and the host was very responsive and supportive throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay at Joens Apartment
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Joens Apartment. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it ideal for both short and long stays. What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the hosts, Bincy and Manoj. They were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Joens Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
