Pros: Host is too good and the place is very well maintained

Pros: Spacious, quick team response, quality home food with taste

Cons: Little updates can made on plumbing works like all taps with hot water option and water draining issues

Pros: Nice spacious rooms...all bedrooms each had attached bathrooms, which were very convenient for a bigger family group. Host and all responsible staff were very responsive and friendly and offered any suggestions we asked for.

Cons: Just a suggestion to perhaps have a small microwave to heat food if required.

Excellent place to stay as a family. Very receptive and responsive hosts.

Pros: The location was deep set and excellent- calm and serene with minimal noise disruption. Complimentary breakfast was very good both days of our stay- the hosts were very accommodating and went the extra yard when it came to fulfilling our dietary requirements.

Pros: Amazing Stay!! Fabulous view!! Delicious food!! The beddings were extremely cozy, Super Luxurious... This is definitely my go to place... Thanks Amrith and Sneha for hosting us... We would definitely visit again

Calm and Serene :)

Pros: This house is very huge, and interiors are fantastic. The serenity and calmness of the place took you to the different world! Located near a tea estate, you can hear the melodious chirping of birds all day long. You can take short treks around the property. The staff is polite and takes good care of you. Breakfast had lot of options too

Exceptional and a Memorable stay

Pros: Perfect place for a peaceful getaway from city life. Very tastefully done with beautiful mountain views. This entire 3 bedroom bungalow had all that we needed for our staycation. It was like a perfect home away from home with all possible amenities which were required to have a wonderful vacation with family. The rooms were very spacious, it has a large kitchen, and washrooms were very clean, it felt very luxurious too. The caretaker was extremely sweet and cooked some really yummy dishes for us. Overall, I would rate this place a 10/10 in terms of everything.

Spectacular and serene

Pros: We visited as a family and we found it to be very safe and well maintained, hosts and staff members are very friendly and were always available whenever we needed any help. Beautiful surroundings and sunrise view from balcony. They also provided extra blankets when we had asked as we came unprepared for the chilly weather, house was also very large and absolutely amazing

It was a Comfortable and a relaxing stay

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the property, the views were simply amazing. The caretaker was always present for anything we needed and for local recommendations. It had everything what we needed for a relaxing stay. It also had a large balcony and a very quiet surrounding. It also had all the amenities you could need. It is aesthetically done and very well maintained. It also had a kitchen so we decided to cook on our own but we ordered dinner as they provided homemade good quality food. Will stay again for sure, overall it was a perfect stay.

Serene, Peaceful and Beautiful

Pros: Absolutely amazing Villa to stay in kotagiri. It's a very big 3 bedroom villa, very clean washrooms, and the full kitchen setup is an added bonus. The host is extremely welcoming and they provided super tasty food too. The views are amazing and the large balcony was so good. It's a very quiet and a lovely place. Enjoyed the private bonfire with my family too, value for money, it's suprisingly priced very affordable too
