Pros: This is a lovely property, located not too far away from main town but also beautifully amidst hills and tea gardens. The view from balcony and just to hang out there was amazing. Amrith the host was very helpful and always super responsive. Made our stay very comfortable. Facilities were all top notch and the food lovely.

Cons: The price was steep for the kind of accommodation and location.

Pros: Amazing hosts. They go the extra mile to make sure you get whatever you may need to make your stay memorable. Beautiful property with amazing views and spacious rooms.

Cons: We were served home-cooked food, which was good. If there were a few more options, that would be great.

Cons: Host’s parents are present in the location and aren’t very hospitable. Can definitely improve their hospitality for the money. We requested for cleaning the room during our stay and wasn’t done.

Pros: We had such an amazing time here. Mesmerizing view with lovely service.... It has direct mountain views from the bedroom and the entire place is fully covered with large windows and we enjoyed the large balcony. weather in Kotagiri was excellent too. Food was very tasty and of the highest quality. Room service was quick and they are very friendly. My kids really loved the place a lot

He shared every single detail about the property, services, and nearby attractions well in advance — I literally had no questions left to ask! He’s not just running a business; you can clearly see his passion and dedication in everything he does. The hospitality and warmth made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back with a group next time — highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kotagiri, Ooty! Special mention: His response rate is unbelievably fast. At one point, I genuinely thought he had set up a bot to reply instantly! 😄
