Stay was totally worth of the money. Beautiful place, clean, spacious rooms.

Pros: Ambience was too quite and calm... Perfect for a weekend getaway from the busy life.

Cons: Breakfast could have been included. Place was a bit isolated that we have to go some distance to get food each time..

Pros: You get a peaceful place. It is a 40 min drive from Athirapally Falls. You reach Kodaly and then head to this property. Located in a peaceful place, lush greenary and experience real Kerela here. 2 rooms are good for a family and you can stay with more members at a very reasonable price. The host Babu is the caretaker and owner Mr. PREMKUMAR is a very understanding and caring person. Will deffinitely book the same place.

Pros: We liked the location in the rubber plantation, really nice and calm location. Even the staff was very nice and professional

Cons: The place was a bit rough to find and access road was a bit difficult, but not a big issue. Anyway worth to reach sich a beautiful place

Authentic and peaceful stay in a nature and local spot

Pros: Quiet Secluded Authentic Peaceful Friendly and helpful staff Great value for money ! Loved how the caretaker took us on the working farm tour and showed us some of the plants, animals, fruits and how rubber is collected :) ( would be good for kids !)

Cons: We had good instructions to direct us to the property but note the road is slightly difficult to access in a large vehicle or at night Be aware it is a nature based stay with very basic amenities ( we liked this however ) but a point for other guests to think about

Homely feeling

Pros: Quite area in the midst of a farm. Host, staff Babu chettan and family are friendly and cooperative. They also provide delicious food for us...Stay is value for money....both family and groups can choose this farm stay without an y hesitation.....In short this is a Home away from your home....
