it was a Family get together and we enjoyed each moment and various spaces are much useful.

Pros: The location map is helpful to reach , right next to beach with a swimming pool with Baby pool. The most used space was the balcony on the 01st floor. the caretaker is ready to attend on a call.

Great place and amazing hospitality.

Pros: We stayed for a week. It was an awesome experience. It's a very nice place with a great location. Walk across to the beach. The service which Anas, the caretaker, provided was excellent. The food he prepared for us was delicious. Anas also took us around the city, a beautiful temple, the lighthouse, boating and around. The beaches in Kappad are lovely and unspoiled... Quite a getaway. Overall, great hospitality and amazing place.

Pros: We recently stayed at Kappad Beach House by Kisah Stays for a night along with my family and two of our close friends’ families — and what a memorable experience it was! 🌊🌴 The location is absolutely perfect, right by the beach, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with a coastal vibe. The rooms were spacious and cozy, ideal for both relaxation and spending quality time together. The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids had a great time, and we all enjoyed a lovely evening by the sea. It’s a great place for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Kappad. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. We’d definitely love to come back again for a longer stay next time!

Pros: Nice location in front of the beach where you can always get a sea breeze. A swing at first floor and upper floor 👌

Cons: Ground floor needs maintenance not matching with the top floor standard
