Relaxing, great service and beautiful location

One of the best options with accommodation and food in Wayanad

Pros: The resort is well maintained. The location is on a hill top in Wayanad. The staff is well trained. On the weekend, in the evening there was live music. The dinner was extremely good. Complimentary evening hi-tea was good. The view from the verandah was good for my room. The bathroom was as big as a master bathroom and the bathtub was the highlight. My 2 year old daughter was also excited about the large bathtub and bathroom. Exceptional service by Alan, Vishnu, Ashwant and others (sorry I couldn't recall all the names). All the staff were fantastic. Thank you so much for a delicious cake by the head chef and making our anniversary memorable. Thanks for the wonderful valet services.

Cons: I could see pets were allowed and one of the hotel representatives said that there are separate rooms for pets and non-pets but if there is too much demand and a busy season then sometimes they provide pet rooms!! That's a little concern especially with kids as linens will be changed but never the curtains or sofa. I had seen the sofa was dirty, now I don't know if the dirt was due to pets or humans. But in any case please don't mix pet friendly rooms, as everyone doesn't like it and I am one of them. We need to keep a distance and separation as these can be medically advised.

The staff were always smiling and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also a plus, peaceful and easy to access. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend! 😊

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful, and the amenities were excellent. The food was delicious. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Memorable little vacation!

Pros: Went with my family to celebrate my wife's birthday. The stay was excellent. Excellent hospitality from all the staff there, especially Mr. Faizan and Mr. Vipin. All our requests such as spa and pool access, birthday cake request, etc. were handled graciously by the staff. Special mention to Mr. Abraham, Mr. Lijo, and Mr. Ijaz. Thank you so much for the love and care during our visit. Definitely recommend!

We loved our choice, and this hotel delivered everything’s to our expectations :)

Pros: The property is beautiful, has a very tranquil vibe. The pond at the reception, calm music that plays everywhere and the greenery were our favourite touches. The staff also went an extra mile to accommodate our special request to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, which was so so nice of them, we appreciate and thank them very much :)

Cons: Breakfast and quality of food overall requires improvement. We were served extremely oversalted fish on our first dinner, asked for a sugar lime soda and received a sugar AND SALT soda (which we couldn’t drink). Breakfast options were good but lacked flavour (no complaints about the live counter, everything from there was very good), juices felt super diluted.
