Pros: Our stay at the Swiss Resort was truly wonderful. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were always polite and attentive. The activities available at the resort kept us engaged and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal was a delight. The pool area was well maintained and provided a perfect place to relax. A special mention to the gentleman at the front desk who supported us throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. His hospitality made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

Cons: Lighting should improve at rooms

Pros: Had a wonderful stay at Swiss Holidays, Wayanad! The property is peaceful, very clean, and surrounded by greenery — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We stayed in the Suite with Balcony, and the room was spacious, neat, and well maintained with a beautiful view. The staff were very polite, helpful, and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay. Location is also convenient to reach nearby attractions, and the overall ambience is calm and refreshing. Great option for couples, families, and small groups.

The indoor pool, turf, shuttle, and football facilities were excellent. The ambience of the resort is great and most importantly the staff were very polite and their behavior was truly wonderful.
