Kerala at its finest

Pros: What is not to like about this place? From start to finish I felt taken care of. The staff are excellent, Keralan hospitality at its finest. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The infinity pool in the green setting was just splendid. I had several massages during my stay and it added a whole layer of relaxation to my stay.

Cons: If I really have to find something to say that can be improved: Personally, I would have preferred more comfortable furniture on the balcony and at the pool. Now it’s traditional wooden furniture, which is beautiful but not comfortable for longer periods of lounging.

Great stay in Wayanad.

Pros: The property is in a serene, picturesque location. The room was spacious.

Cons: The geyser capacity is very less for whatever reasons.

Pros: Restful, good beds and rooms. The walk in the morning in the forest was a real highlight. Good buffets to meals with good variety

Will travel the world again for another visit

Pros: The staff, they are operating as a dream team The location, nature for real Cottages, comfy and well proportioned Spa, highly recommend it

Cons: Laundry service was missing

One of the best resorts in Wyanad.

Pros: Everything about this place is top notch. The serene location surrounded by forest, the stepped layout, spacious cottages, super clean, tasty food, nice spa and dedicated friendly staff young smiling and helpful.

Pros: We had a great time at Crystal Kuruva The resort is very comfortable, food is absolutely delicious. We did the complimentary morning walk in the forest and the guide was super kind and showed us nice things we loved it. We also did an evening tour in a jeep on roads nearby and managed to spot elephants and deers, we were very happy. And we also did a Ayurvedic massage which was very nice. And without forgetting Abdul, an amazing driver we had to travel around during the 4 days we stayed. Thank you to everyone for this perfect moment

Amazing place to relax and unwind!

Pros: Great place to relax and unwind. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff with their hospitality. The property is well maintained and beautifully designed. The location is perfect and have got many things to do within the property. The rooms are kept quiet clean and beautiful. Though dinner and lunch buffet was not available during our stay, the do take pre-order and ensure to deliver great food based on our need from wide choice of menu. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway.

Kuruva: Stay in the middle of a forest.

Pros: Great location in the middle of the forest. The rooms were spacious, and the team at the property was very helpful. As we stayed during a weekday, we felt the price was good value for money. They organised a nature walk in the morning, which was very serene. The breakfast was good. The only point that could be improved would be the lunch and dinner menu for a property of this scale and rating. Best wishes to the team. Will come back again.
