Pros: Food was good though its costly but quality was good. For the price we got the booking was good (15K per night) .

Cons: Activities are over priced ,food could have been little cheaper.

A good pleasant stay, very calming, and good property.

Pros: The house keeping staff was exceptionally good. The services provided within the property were good. The breakfast menu was very good. They had every dish required as per taste. The property was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Good clean sheets and the pillows were of good quality.

Cons: The Buggie service and its system was quiet bothering. It is for senior members but even so the system is not good. After call they tell you to wait at the lobby for 20mins.Instead they could rather keep one buggie that is consistent in rounds every ten minutes, there is no need to call reception or wait for anybody to drive the buggie. Food is expensive could reduce the price a bit. The 4KM road leading to the resort needs to be sorted. Also, please do provide drivers stay on pay. Even if it cost 2k-3k its fine but provide a simple stay for drivers with basic facility.

Cons: The processing time for room allotment takes time, somehow their systems are always slow. So that can be looked at.

Very nice resort for a holiday

Pros: Excellent food, though expensive. Very efficient staff. Very nice places for walking within tbe resort. E xcellent car park. This was our second stay.

Cons: The road leading to the resort is in very bad condition

Jungle mein Mangal

Pros: It was surrounded by nature and was a very relaxing location. Coffee plantations and bird watching was the highlight for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Balcony gave us a chancento enjoy mornings and evening nature and bird calls. Poolside snackbar was amazing. Lot if activities were available which we could not participate dur to time constraints.I got sick and there was a nurse to help with that. Food available for breakfast is amazing selection appealing to all. I eapecially enjoyed filter coffee. I am missing it. Once we went there we cancelled our sightseeing and stayed at the resort. A great decision.

Cons: I wish the road patch to the resort is fixed. It rattled the whole car.😁

Pros: Comfortable, we were upgraded from studio to 1BR and it exceeded expectations. Large / comfortable

Cons: Not a big deal, property seems old - bathroom tiles are a little frayed ( no Urban clap used I guess)
