Nice property to stay, but a little over priced….

Pros: The breakfast although limited was sumptuous and tasty. The overall food preparation was also up to the mark. The location within the coffee estate was excellent.

Cons: The cleanliness of the toilets needs to be improved. The property for its location and facilities was little over priced during our stay at Rs. 9000/- per room without breakfast. Caution- Please keep your footwear inside the room, as one of my shoe was taken away by some dog (most probably). The shoe was however retrieved within the property.

Worthy and value for money

Pros: Very serene and value for money. Easily accessible. The river stream beside is a place to sit and relax. Has two wonderful canine, would take you around the farm. Very good hospitality

Cons: Property can invest on automated dish washing. Can keep local cuisines in the menu, cooked by local or from neighbouring states.

Peaceful getaway from city life

Pros: The river, table tennis, basketball court and carrom gave us some good moments. Food was good but a little expensive. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The geese and dogs in the property give a nature's touch to it.

Magical!

Pros: The property is in this coffee estate that is so rich in its flora and fauna, it’s amazing for nature lovers. The river running through the estate is an icing to the cake. We went during the rains and could not gush enough. The staff is very accommodating and its real value for money. The drive from Bangalore to the estate was very smooth and scenic as well. Highly recommend!
