Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a high level of comfort. The location is excellent — right Next to the lake. What really made the experience even better was the staff: they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice property with a great view

Pros: The location of the property is amzing, lake view rooms are perfect for relaxing and contemplating. We tried veg food, which was delicious.

Cons: Nothing as such to point out.

A Relaxing Stay with Great Food & Hospitality!

Pros: Had a wonderful 3-day stay at Bonita Banasura in Wayanad! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making the experience hassle-free. The in-house restaurant, exclusive to guests, served delicious food with excellent service. Every meal was flavorful, and the hospitality made it even better. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway—highly recommended!

Cons: Forced to pay in full at check-in. If guests have arrived in physical then no chance of false booking and revenue loss so why force to pay full during check-in ? Illogical to me. If there's some actual logical reason...i wasn't explained that

Enjoyed the stay with a beautiful view

Pros: We liked the service and view from the room. The food was awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is far from all the traffic and noise, so we loved it. The 1st day of check-in I had requested for bed decorations to attract my Kid. They went one step above by adding balloons to the decoration. She just loved it... Would love to stay here again.

Cons: The size of the room is decent , but slightly smaller than what we expected. Since this property is not close to any restaurant or shop, it would be better if they can provide Tea or Coffee at our preferred timings. But they've fixed timings for the restaurant. Otherwise it's really good

Pros: Breakfast was good, but with limited options. Location is good. Staff were polite, rooms were clean and quite. Room dining is available for dinner. Price is little higher.

Cons: Breakfast menu could have added more options.

Most amazing place

Pros: What a wonderful and welcoming place. Good size room, with tea making facilities. And of course the rooms are fresh and clean. Great to have a balcony overlooking the Banasura with amazing sunrise views. Really enjoyed the restaurant too along with a very good chef! The staff are a brilliant team, with a special mention to Sajimon who went above and beyond every time, especially when one of us was not well. He made sure we went to a good hospital to get sorted, and we were so grateful. The views were amazing.
