Pros: The hotel itself is good, decent size of the room and the washroom is also good.

Good value for money for short stay

Pros: Very supportive staff. Ideal location even though car parking facility is congested and narrow. Good rooms and facilities. Some rooms have very good view. Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: In the bathroom, shower was not functional.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and informative

Cons: There was a spider in the bathroom. There was a wired smell in the hotel because of construction work, But the debris and dust were adequately managed to a tolerable level. Access to the hotel is a bit narrow with limited parking space.

Beautiful view for relax and recharge from certain rooms

Pros: Room 103 has a great view over tea plantations from the big corner balcony and from the bed via panoramic windows. No AC, but we didn't need one as it's fresh in the area. Fan was enough. Table and chairs are available for both working and eating. Bed linen and towels are OK, kettle and glasses are provided. Food might be ordered, and it's good. Enough storage space in the wardrobe. Wifi was on and off due to electricity fluctuations, but no long breaks. Shower had only cold water, but it was warm enough for us after a hot day outside. Road spins along the way up into Valparai are magnificent!
