Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to come back!\

Cons: Compared to other resorts, the room price is a bit higher, but the staff were exceptional and provided outstanding support throughout our stay.

Was a great find on a very short notice.

Pros: The staff care and friendly service, fantastic food, the pleasant ambience and surroundings, the pool and lastly the comfortable rooms.

Cons: The water pressure in the wash rooms could be better as well as the toiletries.

Pros: Really a pleasant experience staying at the resort with family...The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing.The resort is so hygienic, clean and efficient. It has elegant, spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable seating areas, a television, air conditioning, a room safe, and a large desk, all designed to enjoy a perfect rest. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helped every guests with a smile...The facilities, amenities, dining, parking everything was excellent. Overall i have experienced a very good and comfortable stay over there.. You people without any doubt had created trust with your exceptional service...

Cons: Sorry to say this, but i am sharing my bitter experience in terms of bill payment. The card swiping machine was not working while making the payment.Your staff asked to pay in cash.. I have not taken any cash with me. It took nearly 10 to 15 mins and i had arranged and paid through gpay and some cash. Meanwhile my family members were waiting at the reception got frustrated... Hence please get things ready ( card swiping machine repairs) in order to regret inconvenience to the guests.
