Hotel Le Sapphire

Looking for real value for money.. this is the THE HOTEL!!

Pros: The location of the hotel is a great plus point. It is situated on the main road very close to the city centre and close to Ksrtc bus stand.The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. The check in and check out experience was very smooth. The reception staff also helped us with getting taxi and auto for our local trips. The lift facility was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The toilet was also clean and well maintained. Room size of deluxe rooms were big and spacious. Bed and linen was very clean and comfortable. View from the deluxe rooms were pleasant overlooking a green patch beside the hotel. Overall a very clean and comfortable hotel. Surely a very good hotel to consider to stay in Sultan Battery.

Cons: The resteraunt in the hotel caters more to the local pallette and local cuisine. Yet the service is good and food options are also good.

Pros: The hotel had great rooms for affordable rates... The staff were also very polite.

It was Good!

Pros: Loved the size of the room and the friendly and helpful staff. The Biryani was the best I ever EVER eaten anywhere in the world so far. Would go back just for the room and the biryani!😃

Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was amazing. The staff treated us really well and checked in on us regularly. They gave recommendations for touring the area.

Good hotel, brilliant service!

Pros: The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful for all things. One of the staff members was fluent in more than 6 languages and helped in making our stay convenient.

Cons: The menu requires addition of some more vegetarian options. Currently for vegetarians not belonging to Kerala the menu is a bit limited so expanding it can make the stay much more enjoyable for all.

Cons: Wifi was not working. This was not good.

Pros: The room is spacious and located in town. Easily accessible by any vehicle type. The hotel staff 's are trained professionals and their restaurant serves pretty good South Indian food, I don't know about other cuisines.

Cons: There was no Wi-Fi in the room and the building is bit older so there are wall breaks in the room which looks dangerous.

Pros: Wonderful experience nice staff well behaved stayed there for 2 nights 3 days which will be nearer to sight seeing place

Pros: Best part the location, its on the Highway. Clean , big room , good parking place.

Cons: Le bruit insupportable je ne sais pas ce que c'était. Insonorisation 0 Propre mais mal entretenu dommage car beau standing
