Pros: Awesome location, neat and tidy rooms, nice staff. Peace full place not far from town.

Cons: Even though it is a beautiful place the premises are not so neat and tidy. The road to the property is not good for a short distance.

Pros: Stayed here recently and overall it was a really good experience. The stay is great for the price. Food was very good and the rates are affordable. Staffs were helpful and the response to requests was very fast. Room was neat and clean. Overall a pleasant stay. Location is also nice. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Location ( own vehicle ) and cleanliness Online food service available

Cons: This property didn't have an exhaust fan in the restroom Some staff are rude (not all)

Pros: Nice and polite staff, buffet was good at reasonable price. The bathroom is neat and clean.Daily housekeeping team cleaned the room and the bathroom. We were happy and comfortable during our stay.

Cons: Aprt from the possitive. The bathroom was a little congested.

Pros: I booked a family room with two double bed cots for 4 adults and 2 children and availed an extra single bed. Price is bit expensive but worth it. Pros : Facilities are all good, staffing and maintenance is proper. Clean and hygiene.

Cons: Cons : Couldn't get mountain view for family room + Location which is bit far from town. Hotel is located at a steep slope near Lovedale. Suggests to come in own vehicle.

Good place to stay during a family trip

Pros: Neat and clean property. the initial room given to us had some issues, but the staff was nice enough to change the room despite having good rush due to travel season. Also, there were many reviews saying about breakfast quality etc, I personally found breakfaat was good all throughout my 3 days stay and even dinner. All the supporting staff were very good and polite. Also, there was power back up during on and off power cuts.

Cons: May be the road approach is bit on narrow side, especially for those like me who drive and go. But location was good and through maps it was accurate to reach.

Pros: Had a pleasant stay at this property in April. It is located at a comfortable location a little far from city. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are courteous and always willing to help. The food is great too. Overall very much satisfied.
