Welbeck Vintage By Oxygen Resorts

Pros: I recently visited ooty with my spouse and my 2yrs old daughter. After a long research i selected this hotel - WELBECK VINTAGE OXYGEN HOTEL. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable. I have stayed at a dozen hotels in Ooty. This was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Manager Shiny - She took care of us nicely . Thank you so much. Only thing which bothered me was the price. Its bit high.

Cons: Expensive.

Pros: Very near to the city centre, good location, clean & spacious rooms, great views!

Cons: Rooms were cold. Wooden tiles/Carpet could have been a better choice for the floor instead of other tiles.

Nice resorts, good staying experience

Beautiful hotel well located for bus and train station

Pros: Very nice hotel with new fixtures and fittings well located close to the railway and bus station. The room was well appointed with beautiful style decor, tea and kettle and excellent bathroom with hot shower. The hotel has a lovely view, and was very peaceful. There is also a restaurant on site with tasty food. I walked to most of the sights from the hotel or you can use rickshaw etc to get around. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: There aren't many restaurants very close by in the streets around the hotel so I choose to eat at the hotel restaurant a few times which was tasty.

Good location, Great Staff and Secure compound.

Pros: Service provided was excellent. The reception staff was very cheerful and helpful. They provided all the ameneties that we requested. Loved the overall cleanliness and environment of the resort.

Cons: Miscommunication between reception staff and security staff caused delay in our food delivery on a rainy night. It was inconvenient. We had already communicated this with the staff before we left and they were very apologetic and receptive of the inputs given. The heater in the room could have been a bit better. It was not enough to heat up the room.

Cozy and Premium Rooms, Great Hospitality

Pros: Big & Cozy rooms with heaters, Clean rooms, scenic location,friendly and helpful staff, Overall great property and pleasant stay.

Cons: Food was the only disappointment, especially the ala-carte food that we ordered. Buffet Breakfast was slightly better.

Gorgeous hotel

Pros: It was an amazing hotel. Very well maintained. Kudos to the management. Very clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable. View was very therapeutic and serene.

Great Stay with Great view

Pros: Situated atop Fern Hill and in close proximity to Ooty's center, this establishment boasts an exceptional location. The vintage charm of the bungalow, true to its name, is a standout feature. You will get a panaromic view of the plateau from the well maintained gardens. The staff members are exemplary, showcasing exceptional service throughout the stay. With a room upgrade graciously offered for our planned week-long stay, the experience was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this establishment for a delightful and memorable stay. Breakfast is decent, can be improved.

Cons: Even though internet is provided and fast, the procedure of providing a slip is little tedious and this expires pretty often. Staff was very helpful in providing another slip but still it is something I think can be improved.

Pros: It's a new resort that comes with most of the amenities. The food was really good. Good place to stay in Ooty. Close to Rose Park & Botanical Garden. Overall Pleasant stay for us.
