Excellent , tranquility, soul finding and great stuffs

Pros: Main Ooty is crowded and so called branded resorts are located amidst horns , dust and civil population. You one get nice view and greenery. However Ayatana is located in lush green , peaceful , amazing place . You will feel tranquility, joy and as if you are meditating. Service and stuffs are excellent . There could be improvement in housekeeping and food , specially not every one likes spicy . However , as Bong we are lucky to meet chef who taken great care to prepare food of our choice and every one tried to make us happy and stay memorable.

Cons: Checkout time 11 am is really very early as check in time is 2 PM , check out should be also 2 PM though this didn’t affect us as we had to catch our flight so started early . There are some stray construction happening amidst green valley which catches your eyes and really obstructs the vastness and beauty of the lush green .

Pros: Quiet location in one of the hills and surrounded by mountains

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful! A bit pricey though. The staff members are too friendly but I guess they were shorthanded so the facilities were too delayed. And the food really should be better. Apart from that the stay is good

Indulge in nature views in a comfortable clean stay

Pros: The place is situated in the middle of a tea garden valley , from the breakfast restaurant one has a view of pure green unpolluted gardens to as far as one can see. Rooms are big and very well maintained and the balcony view of the valley was spectacular. The staff was outstanding, very pleasant. They even helped us pack a big frame that we had to carry back in bubble wrap and then cardboard, they went way beyond their duties.

Pros: It’s location is fantastic, the food is amazing, special compliments to the chef!

Pros: Excellent location away from hustle and bustle. Huge property and well maintained as well. Lot of activities in the resort itself. Excellent cordial behaviour of the staff. Will surely stay again

Cons: There was nothing actually that i can say. But waiting for the Spa to get operationalised. The tiles in the Swimming pool needs to get repaired.

Amazing stay = will return

Pros: All in all a wonderful stay. The resort is in the middle of the tea plantations, beautiful scenery and absolutely quiet. You can enjoy nature. Very warm welcome, you immediately felt welcome. The complex and the chalets are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner outstanding. But it lives from the staff, simply outstanding. Even the chef gave valuable tips. It wasn't the last time I was here.

Cons: Booked via booking.com, payment before arrival with resort itself. Unusual for me so far. Therefore some transaction fees which were not mentioned by booking.com were on top.

Beautiful property, superb gardens and view. Food is excellent- great place to stay if one is not into sight seeing but

Pros: Beautifully located - tucked away between two hills. 20 kms each way from Ooty and Connor. Still very new and yet mostly functional - staff is incredibly warm and courteous. Particularly the FnB Head - his personal attention and attention to detail is heart warming.

Cons: Spa was not functional If one wants to go out of the property there is really no option but to take taxis - which are pretty expensive

Pros: Beautiful location, spacious room, amazing staff, extremely good service and good food
