Pros: Staff were good and cooperative, be it lady at reception or kitchen staff, clean rooms and property, breakfast was simple and good, over all a good experience with family

Pros: I stayed at this hotel in Ooty last week and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, helpful, and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is located at the center of the city and very close to all major tourist spots, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ooty.

Pros: Budget Friendly stay, Tasty Break Fast, Neatly Arranged Washroom, Bed Space and room. Well Behaved Staffs, Easy access and very near Ooty Town, A good Super Market available in front of property.

Cons: Parking is Bit congested if the number of guests are more.

Pros: The stay itself is soo cute.....like other places look like a hotel but this stay looks like a well decorated home from outside.. The rooms are good...the staff is THE besttt... Its so close to cafe's like Le cafe and little earth cafe and LBB cafe(please check this cafe out)...so you can have a good walk... This is my 2nd time staying in west bury road...this stay is gonna be my personal favorite ❤️
