Pros: Great stay at Hotel! Location is a big plus.Cabs are easily available outside, making it super convenient to explore Ooty. The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. The staff were polite and helpful. Food was delicious, and the overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Food and coffee of these hotel is very good. Staffs are very well behaved and cooperative, rooms are a little bit small but well facilitate and budget friendly. Location is also good. I must suggest other to stay here.

One standout feature was their policy of allowing outside food, which added to the convenience of the stay.Another highlight was the proximity to Hyderabad Biryani House, just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for delicious meals. Additionally, Swiggy delivery service extended to the hotel, offering plenty of dining options. The staff were exceptionally well-behaved and attentive. They promptly addressed all our needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout our stay. Overall, my experience was highly positive. The combination of a homely atmosphere, flexibility with dining options, and exceptional service from the staff made this stay memorable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone with family/couple visiting Ooty.

Cons: The parking situation, though on a slope, was managed efficiently by the helpful staff who assisted with parking, showcasing their excellent driving skills.
