Pros: The view is absolutely stunning, and the location is excellent. The staff is very kind and cooperative. We booked the cab service through the hotel, and it was very comfortable. The driver, Josh, was extremely professional and helpful — truly a skilled driver. Highly recommended!

Pros: Nice location near Doddabetta peak.Executive rooms kept clean and tidy. I had an ev car and staffs really supported and helped me in charging the car at the resort as nearby fast chargers were not working

Hotel rooms with good view

Pros: The rooms were good and the view from balcony was nice. Quite and calm place to stay. One of the room provided to us was very spacious.

Cons: I couldn't figure out that the hotel did not have lift. It caused some issue for my mom who has hard time climbing stairs.
