Pros: I arranged the room my father and mother, who were never checked in to Hotel alone by themselves before. So, clearly they knew nothing about the process. The staffs were really friendly and helped them with patience in each step. They were very supportive and helpful. Will definitely book again whenever required. Thankfully, Vani

Handy place to stay for convenience to the airport and staff were very helpful.

Pros: Staff were really helpful, collecting me from the airport free of charge at 22:30 in the evening was such a plus. The hotel is great for a late flight in or early flight out as it’s so close to the airport. Room was big and comfortable

Cons: Heard a lot of noise from neighbours, think the walls are very thin and in the morning a lot of guests had doors open making lots of noise and waking me up.

Comfortable and convenient! Perfect for early flights

Pros: Helpful staff and convenient location for the airport (less than 5 minutes drive) They took me to the airport at 4am for an early flight. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and they have teapot with instant coffee and cookies. I would definetly stay again If I need to run to the airport early.

Cons: Not a big problem, but I had to pay with cash because the machine for cards wasn't working for international cards (this is very common in Kerala), the receptionist drove me to the nearby atm. So If you are staying take cash
