Fixing the elevator issue would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Pros: Totally get that! No elevator can be a major pain, esp when you're dealing with other issues. Glad the staff were cooperative tho, that's a big plus! Were they able to offer any alternative solutions or assistance?

Cons: The staff's hospitality and positive attitude can really make a big difference, can't they? It's great when they're able to provide good service despite any logistical challenges.

Quiet comfortable hotel near airport; friendly staff

Pros: I was looking for a quiet comfortable room near to the airport. This was a good place to stay. Helpfull staf. Soft beds with white cotton sheets. Some local restaurants near by. Downstairs a coffee/juice place, annex shop. Also roomservice (they have the menu of 2 restaurants and can order for you). Nothing around, but you can enjoy a stroll down the quiet street with 2 old churches.

Cons: Because I did not stay for the night I took a room with fan. It was quite hot in the room. So when you stay overnight: AC recommended.

Pros: The room was nice and clean and close to the Airport, there were Banks shops and restaurants a close by. staff were very friendly and helpful they helped me book a train and organised a taxi to the train station, I would recommend and stay there again.

Pleasant stay with great service

Pros: The hotel was very close to the airport and very convenient to travel around. Cabs and autos are easily available. Restaurant is available 24 hours. People at the hotel were super friendly and amazing. We had a pleasant experience at Zion Plaza :)

Pros: There was no breakfast at Zion Plaza. It would be more better if the diner facility starts. Staffs specially room service staffs were very polite and nicely behaved.

Cons: There was no information about my room booking at the reception during check- in. I was explained everything and shown the evidence of booking. The front office staff should be well aware about the booking details.
