Overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very good, with room for improvement.

Pros: The locations was good as many attractions were nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are very thorough in their daily cleaning routines. The room service was excellent. Food served by their restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Cons: The wash basin was broken, but useable. Even though I informed housekeeping, nothing was done about it. There was a power outage which took long time to be restored (no generator?). Some carpeting in the room, and a fridge would have been very nice. The buffet breakfast spread can be improved further. I believe some items were available on demand, but this fact was not informed to me.

Pros: The property was well maintained. Spacious Suite. All facilities available in the Suite. Food was exceptional. Room Service was quick. Variety choice of food available for Room service. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist was very helpful. Mr. Rangaswamy provided excellent service and helped in arranging a Taxi service for sight seeing.

Cons: Breakfast menu could have included Continental items also. Only basic South Indian items available.

Pros: The staff were amazing, customer service beyond expectations. Food was tasty.

Cons: It wasn't sound proof as mentioned.

Pros: Excellent hotel and locations. Rooms size is good but bathroom are not as expected. Bathroom need to modify bit. Other-than this everything was excellent.

Pros: Good standard, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Booking map shows that the property is located near Mysore centre. In reality it is located along the ring road, 20 minutes drive from the centre. If you are expecting a central location as suggested by the map, you’re going to be disappointed.

Awesome blissful stay

Pros: We stayed for 2 days in the suite room and it was a blissful experience. The property is well maintained and services were excellent. Rooms was pretty clean and spacious. Food also was awesome. Overall it was a great stay for 2 days in mysore.

Cons: just a feedback as the breakfast menu can be changed every alternative days. food was really good.

Food & accommodation is excellent, staff let it down

Pros: The food is excellent. The rooms are really clean and there's nothing to complain about.

Cons: We reached early in the morning and were a bit sleep deprived due to our long travel. I called the previous night if we could checkin early also mentioned that we would pay for the early check-in fee. I asked the receptionist (male) the same when we reached there at 7am. He said check-in possible only after 1pm. He mentioned all rooms were full the previous night and will get a room if and when guests checkout. At 8.30am the receptionist (female) told us we can check-in with a fee. I agreed and paid the early check-in and checked in. This trouble for 90 mins could have been avoided.

Had an amazing stay n would prefer to come bck here
