Pros: Lovely staff - very helpful for booking taxis and tours of the area. New facilities- only opened a few months ago. Enjoyed a dip in the pool and views from the roof.

Cons: We didn't have a vehicle so were reliant on auto-rickshaws to get to and from Kalpetta for restaurants. Accidentally booked a room without aircon.

Met our expectations as chosen. Nice and comfort stay. Enjoyed with pool time a little bit,

Pros: Cleanliness is awesome since this is new apartment. It was a value for money stay at this good comfort and spacious room. Preferable for families/couples or anybody who seeks a little calm from main road rush and need a spacious room stay gives comfortable feel day and night.

Cons: Breakfast/restaurant facility is not available at the property because this is a new apartment as they told me it is just one month since opened. But the staff is available to arrange the parcel for lunch and dinner as per Menu card and it is only 5 min drive required to reach good restaurants nearby. Starting a restaurant facility for breakfast could have been better for guests. Dishwash liquids or bars shall be provided since the kitchen facility is available.

Pros: - Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber - Imran und der Besitzer waren sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Konnten einem sehr helfen! - warmes Wasser - ruhige Lage - schöne grüne Umgebung

Cons: (- 30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Kalpetta) aber auch nur 5 Minuten mit einem Tuktuk
