Pros: Booked a suite. All facilities worked as intended. Free parking in front of hotel. Beds are comfy. Room is spacious. Breakfast buffet is alright, same menu everyday. Their a la carte menu is great!

Cons: Note that the toilet is connected to the bathroom. When you take a bath, the whole space becomes wet.

Great hotel in perfect location

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location walking distance into town. Restaurant attached to the hotel services great food and good selection for buffet breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel pool is small but perfect for a small amount of chill time.

Pros: The rooms were clean n well maintained. The staff was helpful but, they were not aware of the timing and number of tickets given for the attractions

Cons: The only issue we had was parking was not enough for the people staying there when there were restaurant customers occupying the parking spots

Pros: suite Room was clean and comfortable, we stayed four of our family

Cons: Breakfast need to keep omelette in the dinning from start to end of breakfast time, who ever wants will take, not to serve on request.

Pros: It was a luxurious stay. Enjoyed the suite they provided. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained . The kids pool was apt for my child to play. The breakfast buffet was great.

Pros: Well appointed suite, connected rooms, good for families, resting area and a useful pantry area. Some real thought has gone in while planning and building this property. Centrally located at Kalpetta. Superb!
