Service with and from the heart.

Pros: Staff were excellent. Attentive to details and ensured that we were well looked after. Food was good. The hotel ground was very green and calming. Beautiful artefacts.

Cons: Nothing much. Just need to note that there are stairs to climb thus if elderly or have mobility issues, need to remember to book ground floor rooms that are not duplex.

All in all a good stay. It would have been an excellent stay if there weren’t the issues as above.

Pros: Beautiful settings, spotlessly clean rooms Well maintained, clean grounds Friendly staff and very obliging Well looked after by the kitchen team - special thanks to Mr Dinesh who was in the restaurant.

Cons: The soap dispenser for the sink was empty which meant that washing hands was difficult and the bottom of the sink was leaking a bit. There were quite a bit of mosquitos in the room and then noticed that the ceiling over the dressing area was open but by that time was ready to check out. In saying that, once it was mentioned to the front desk, immediate steps were taken to rectify that (ie)soap was delivered to the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, food was tasty and all the staff were very courteous!

Pros: Breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous.

Cons: 1. One afternoon, the chef went on leave and lunch was not available 2. Our major dislike - Though we requested for one hour additional late check-out, we were forced to vacate the room, I cannot blame too!
