Value for money and a pleasant stay.

Pros: This hotel is good for the value we paid. Facilities are superb, checking-in was fast and easy. Our requests for things were met up promptly. The restaurant serves excellent and delicious food. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, polite and helpful.

Overall excellent room, room for improvement as per feedback.

Pros: Room and bathroom were clean. Room service was good.

Cons: Pillow covers appeared dirty , they need to provide mats at the entrance to bathoom and in the bathroom , a non slippery mat is required otherwise a huge risk for elders. After i checked in i had to take one of my baggages and step out, the reception folks rushed out and asked if im vacating..after checking literally 30 mins ago is bit unpleasant. I had booked through booking.com so how can someone run away?

Exceptionally comfy, clean, luxurious and quiet hotel, with extremely overpriced TEA !

Pros: We stayed there for 3 nights. We got the deluxe room. The room was exceptional clean, comfy and modern. It was very spacious as well. The whole property had a very calm and quiet ambience. The restaurant was also excellent with tasty, affordable food. Staff is also very courteous and welcoming. The one and only complaint i have is the TEA. They charge 120 RS for a single small glass of tea/ coffee. From my experience, they cost max 20 rs. That's one ANOMALY they need to fix ASAP. Other than the tea issue, i would surely stay here again during my next visit to ERODE. Definitely the best place to stay at ERODE.

Pros: Homely atmosphere…. Well trained staff... They are true professionals in their career.. Front office staffs were really helpful in getting needs done.. Breakfast was also good.. Reataurent in charge was so good in taking care of us while having the breakfast .

Pros: Erode is a small town. This Hotel is like staying at a 3 star hotel in any major city. Good clean rooms. Excellent break fast. The quality of food at this hotel is excellent. The staff polite and helpful.
