Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.

Pros: Nice and friendly place, the staff were very helpful.

Cons: Super cold breakfast room, AC on max. We had to wear sweaters and jeans. It’s quite noisy from the hallway, not good isolation from the korridor.

Cons: Some renovations going on but it was not an issue at all during my stay.

Great location and value hotel after Ooty train

Pros: The hotel is a well run business hotel in an ideal location by the train station. I stayed for one night after riding the railway from Ooty, for which the hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had TV, kettle and tea/coffee. Breakfast buffet was excellent and restaurant staff very helpful. Wifi also excellent.

Cons: A little noisy from other guests/corridor when I was there thought I slept fine. I could not get hot water working during my stay.
