Marsim Holiday Resort

It was a wonderful experience

Pros: Our recent stay at MARSIM Holiday Inn was absolutely fantastic, especially for families with young children! We booked two villas, which were spacious, clean, and offered a wonderful private feel, with great views, comfortable beds. The highlight for the kids was the fantastic play area right next to the river, where they spent hours playing safely, while we enjoyed the serene atmosphere. The river itself was a refreshing natural amenity.

Pros: The stay was pleasant.. The rooms were clean and neat. Spacious enough as expected. The host is a helpful person. Good climate with good accommodation.

Pros: We were a group of 4 family and had booked 2 individual cottage and a deluxe suite. The communication from the host Mr.Ismail regarding booking was great . We had to do a late night checkin due to certain traffic blockage but the property caretaker Babu chetan was very helpful .. He also had a good idea on the places that we could visit given our itinerary.. The rooms were also very neat .. Overall a good stay

Pros: Owner co-ordinate very and facilities and room spaces are good .

Excellent. Peaceful stay for families and couples amidst a lot of greenery.

Pros: Very good place. Excellent for family visits. The 2 BHK villa is really good, and apt for 2 couple or families. Parking is just right in front. Overall area is very green and we enjoyed our morning walks quite a lot. Mr. Ismail has a very helping nature and we had a great time talking to him. For morning breakfast, the restaurant is right outside the gate. And once we go to main road, there are quite a many good restaurants as well.

Cons: The backyard area could be further improved. It a play area for children, but the grass there had over grown and it was not very well maintained.

Pleasant with lot of fun with kids and family

Pros: This is good for family with fair value proposition. Hosts are very warm and caring. Helped us decide to go to Karapuzha dam which we enjoyed a lot, else would have missed without their input.Location is good to visit some of the important places with market, hotels etc very nearby.

Cons: 1. Better reception by providing water bottle, toiletries. 2. Common area like kids play area is not maintained properly. It can be lot better than current state. 3. No cleaning of rooms during our stay. 4. There was swing for each of the cottages but one in common area was missing.

A peaceful stay

Pros: We opted for apple villa and it was good. Rainy weather and it was cool. Restuarant is next to resort so not an issue

Pros: Marsim Holiday Resort is located in main road which is very convinient to reach. Resort owner Mr.Ibrahim is a very nice person with good communication, he guide us to reach different tourist attractions in Wayanadu. the resort is very beautiful and best value for money, it is very clean and neat, food is also available just beside the resort kitchen facility is also in each and every Villa,, the location is good for reaching different locations.

Comfortable stay with natural beauty and greenery around

Pros: We a family of 4 stayed for a night in an individual villa which included decently sized 2 bedroom, hall, kitchen, maintained very neat and clean. Both the bedrooms had their own attached bathrooms with individual water heaters. The kitchen also included cooking gas stove for use. It has a restaurant just outside the gate attached to the same property. The main attractive point of this property is its location from the main road which is very nearby and the natural greenery. The staff included Ismail and Babu who were every co-operative, guiding and never let us feel like we are away from home. Although it was a short stay it was a very good experience of being at home away from home. I would highly recommended this property for families.
