That was Beautiful Experience.

Pros: I really loved the Property and felt like a Home. It was a dreamy place to stay. Staff was so attentive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing,everything was good.

Traditional colonial bungalow with attentive friendly staff.

Pros: Traditional colonial bungalow. Like stepping back in time. Helpful staff. Got up at 5.30pm to make us breakfast when we had to leave early. Also arranged driver for us to get to the airport and for a tour of the neighbourhood.

Cons: Wifi a bit dodgy but was sorted in the end. Some confusion about mealtimes. Too far to walk to the main attractions.

Charming place to stay

Pros: Charming ex colonial residence. Spacious and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Lovely staff

Cons: Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well due to dogs barking (particularly from 0400-0530). Curtains let through the morning light (not helped by the fact our room was east facing). Thicker / darker curtains would have been good! We needed to take a taxi to a restaurant 5Km away and were encouraged to use a particular taxi driver. We didn’t as he quoted 1500 rupees to take us one way!!!!! We were expecting the fare to be (at most) 300 and ended up paying 200 rupees for a tuk tuk. Disappointing that Saffron Stays promotes this driver….. It was the most expensive place we’d stayed thus far on our trip and didn’t represent best value

Cons: the property except for the half acre around the cottage not easy to go to.

Pros: The Staff were extremely helpful Mr Lionell was exceptionally great and his team Dinesh , Alwyn, Krishna and all the other guys. Really enjoyed their hospitality and we stayed an another extra day due to their warm service.

Excellent propert with extremely courteous staff

Pros: Its an heritage property which is very well maintained. The caretaker and staff were extreemly polite and took very good care of us. The food is freshly prepared according to what you like and can be customised.

Cons: The breakfast options are very limited. Wish there were some fruits and juice in the breakfast.

Pros: The staff was courteous, the food served was delicious. The rooms were big and sufficient in size.

Cons: The maintenance was not upto the mark, there were old torn door mates and even the sofa cover was torn. Rest all was good.

Peaceful place with amazing staff and Good food

Pros: We really liked the peaceful villa , it's old colonial decor, the over spacious rooms and amazing staff. A must mention about the Manager Leonel for running the show so well and Uday for being available at any point for a perfect service inspite of preparing for exams in the night. Always found him alert and ready to take the call. Food was amazing and customised to our liking. Location was perfect, just a little away from the hustle of the tourist points

Cons: Just felt the play area,Bonfire space could have been a bit better maintained. But that can't take away the overall experience we enjoyed of our stay.
