Pros: Property was well maintained. Prashant was also cordial and active. Few issues came with the water tank but prashant was pro-active to sort it out. We also requested for extended stay and prashant helped us with it and ensured the overall experience was seamless.

Pros: Overall property is amazing, well maintained, feel like home and good time to enjoy. U don’t feel like going out if your intention is to hangout with family and friends.

Very good individual house to stay in especially for family !!

Pros: The house is very well maintained and cleanliness is top notch … and all basic necessities are available

Cons: You need guidance from property owner Mr Prashanth to get to this place for first timer cause it’s little bit off the main road … otherwise the location given in google maps is accurate but trusting or guiding any auto driver there using google maps is difficult for non-Malayali speaking people …

I had a peaceful and pleasant stay...the host Prasanth was excellent support.

Pros: It is a new house well maintained...feels like staying at your own home. The host Prasanth is excellent..he has cab/auto contacts...so it was very helpful...any help he is available all the time...he is also staying close by. It is 4kms to IIM Kozhikode campus.

Cons: nothing to improve except maybe water heater in the bathroom...I didn't use kitchen or the TV so not commenting on the same. location maybe a challenge if you plan to hire uber or auto by yourself...my friend staying in springway hotel got uber booked for the beach trip at the same time where I couldn't get it from this house location but then I used auto contact shared by Prasanth who was also excellent support.

Pros: The place was just as shown in the pictures... Clean, neat and tidy. The host, Mr. Prashanth was an exceptionally great guy. We reached the place at around 12 in the night and he still happily came and helped us check-in. Will definitely contact again if needed.
