Perfect warmly stay with Appus Nido

Pros: Warm welcomed family with a very good clean and tidy room Just few steps to the beach front but no beach its with rocky Healthy tasty and Plentiful breakfast serve with lovely coffee and juice. I recommend this stay can definitely go for it

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside homestay. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and a lovely view. Waking up to the sound of the waves was truly refreshing. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, with good variety and home-style taste. It felt healthy and filling, and was a perfect start to the day. The owners are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable, just like family, and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special.

Calm and restful. Close to the active areas but far enough to have peace and quiet.

Pros: The location, room comfort, proximity to the sea. Breakfast was plentiful. The owners are warm and welcoming.

Cons: We got the ground floor room due to unavailability of a first floor room which we would have preferred. Not the owner's fault though. Book early!

Pros: Amazing location. Sit outside your room and watch the sunset or sunrise in God’s own country - priceless.

Pros: I stayed at Appu’s Nido in Kochi, and it was an excellent homestay experience. Uncle and aunty who manage the place are extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. Even though there was a language barrier (we are not Malayali and they don’t know Hindi), communication was never an issue—uncle understands and speaks English well, and they made us feel completely at home. Their daughter Laxmi is a cheerful and wonderful host, always taking care of everything you need and adjusting to your preferences with a smile. The warmth, hospitality, and comfort truly made this stay special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a homely and pleasant stay in Kochi.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and food. would recommend for sure. Well worth.

Pros: the rooms were as shown, Very clean. the food served by the owners was exceptional. the service was awesome. there is a provision store on the ground floor also run by the owners. The sandy beaches are just 5 minutes walk from the property.

Cons: The beach right opposite the property is filled with Rocks and you can't access it directly.

Exceptional stay with great hospitality

Pros: Home stay was run by a family take care us like there own and highlight was the breakfast very delicious with huge quantity even they serve us snacks welcomed with a drink. Room was very spacious well cleaned and neat, i highly recommend this place and defenity im going back again..♥️
