Pros: We had a good time at a heritage shelter resort. The ambience was good, the room was specious and clean

Cons: The balcony sitting arrangement was not there which I felt they could've done. Room service was not there.

Great one, except for initial hiccups

Pros: Overall facility is great for a family get together. The facility is designed as Villas with multiple rooms, that enables a minimum of 5 families of a group tour staying together. A common dining and family room helps in bonding.

Cons: Room allocation was a major confusion. There were two large groups and the staff appeared less equipped to handle the complexity of allocating rooms together. Professional approach in communication by front desk staff is missing. They completely missed my prior ask to allocate the rooms together. Finally I had to get to the Manager to get this sorted out. Mr Venkatesh was very supportive in resolving the confustion.

Good stay with spacious rooms and decent facilities

Pros: Location is good, parking in front of villa. They have a few bicycles that kids can ride. Decent breakfast.

Cons: Why would you mount the toilet seat so high up in the wall?! It is so inconvenient.

Excellent and peacefull stay

Pros: The Location and Silent Atmosphere us Really Superb. It is center place for many Tourist places.

Cons: In swimming pool it is better to keep dressess on rental basis. Also keep basket ball, tennis racket and shuttle cock on rental basis.

Pros: Everything about this stay was so neat and perfect. I liked the spacious clean room. Overall happy withcomplelte facility provided by heritage shelters

The experience was enjoyable, marked by commendable hospitality.

Pros: The staff members were courteous. The breakfast offered was good quality. The swimming pool is well-maintained. The rooms are tidy and clean. The connectivity is excellent, located just 3 kilometers from KRS and Brindavan Garden, and 12 kilometers from the Venu Gopal Swamy Temple.

Cons: Improvements are needed in few areas, such as the window locking systems and the room TV switches, which are currently malfunctioning. Furthermore, does not have an air pump for the bicycles and balls, leading to children riding cycles with deflated tires.
