Pros: A beautiful property tucked away in a quiet valley, far from the rush of city life. We loved the staff and owner's caring and attention to detail while we were there.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Short and Sweet!

Pros: The property has a homely touch to it which was soothing. The room on the higher elevation offers gorgeous views. The ceiling is also high and the room itself is massive. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the coffee made from the estate. Its fresh and aromatic. Breakfast was simple—fresh fruits, fruit juice, toast and omelette, and two tiffin varieties like parathas, semiya, upma. Perhaps we can add aval akki and akki roti to breakie. Both are my personal favourites which I indulge in during my Mysuru trips. Mini sandwiches and some tomato/cucumber salad slices will also be great.😊 Birders can spot a few endemic species like the Malabar grey hornbills, parakeets, woodpeckers, racket tailed drongos and the white bellied treepie. There is an estate walk, where the trail takes you around the property which I explored looking for lifers.

Cons: Nothing really to complain about. I just had a few minor suggestions which were conveyed directly to the owners.

Very relaxing location.

Pros: Location was excellent, nice and peaceful. Breakfast was a bit limited in choice but decent enough.

Cons: Can't think of anything negative to say. Perhaps, more information on local sights to visit would be helpful.

Worth a visit

Pros: A quite and scenic place in the lap of nature...best place to be with family away from busy life 😀.. Truly loved our stay

Cons: Not a negative feedback but the choice of breakfast could have improved. Other wise everything was perfect...

Pros: Its literally in the middle of a coffee plantation. I loved it. In the morning we can go for a walk in the coffee plantation. The food is good and the staff are friendly.

Cons: The price. It could have been reasonable. Because the location is not close to the city. We have to travel little

Pros: We got an upgrade to a bigger room and the property to ourselves since there were no other guests that day

Cons: Slight limitation of the access road to the location, given the topography Access road from main road to the property was a little tricky and in the case of a low clearance car could be a challenge.Only one car could move at a time

Pros: Excellent location in terms of proximity to the city, beautiful estate with splendid views. Very friendly staff who guided us on everything relevant. Mr. Ponnappa, the host, was constantly in touch and Amruth, the site staff was very helpful. The estate walk was a joy. Food was decent. We also had good interaction with fellow tourists over a bonfire/campfire. Room was a decent size for a small family and had a good sized balcony. The ambience of the room was thoughtfully designed. Overall the stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again..
