Pros: You can get, what actually see in the pictures. Room and bathroom are very clean. Comfortable bed. Then, their service was very good 'vera level' a good choice for family. Food: Actually their staff Mr. Phillips and another two ammas was is very sweet and caring, he made some dosa and idly, it was felt like home away from home. It was located before the main valparai city, so here we can't here any noise. Very pleasant stay. My family was very happy 😊. Top notch. Safe for families.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Spacious & clean room, good & big bed, warm shower. Accommodation has good location on the edge of town and takes about 10 minutes to walk into town. They provide simple but freshly made (Indian) breakfast. Dinner also on request. Friendly staff, although there was somewhat of a language barrier as English was limited.

Cons: Towels, toiletpaper were not initially provided, but they did so on request. Also bedsheet to prevent sleeping under bare blanket.

Pros: The staff were polite and helpful. Good food and ambience. Strongly recommend. It's just 1 km away from Valparai town. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Felt at Home with friendly staff

Pros: Friendly, courteous, and very helpful staff. Ready to extend help round the clock. Helped the guests out of the way, and also to manage my travel health issue. Personal attention by the owner of the property to ensure even minute details. The staff saw to it that only respectable clients with family stayed, so as to ensure peace of mind to the guests.

Cons: I stayed in room 104, which has a reasonably good view. I have not experienced other rooms. My room had good blankets, power sockets etc. Yet there was no cupboard within the room May provide tea kettle to ensure warm drinking water during night.

Simple comfortable stay

Pros: The owner, Mr Jebraj Joshua, is personally hospitable and made us feel welcome and took care of our needs. The restaurant in the hotel serves simple , freshly cooked vegetarian meal which was delicious and customized to our liking. The complementary breakfast was good too. The stay was comfortable, and the place is easy to access.

Cons: It would be helpful for guests if tea/coffee can be served in the morning.

The stay was superb..

Pros: The host Mr. Jebaraj & his team and the facilities.

Cons: There was no wardrobe in the room I stayed.

Excellent - Hornbill Castle

Pros: Clean and Spacious.Jebaraj Joshua was an excellent host and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We got home-cooked vegetarian food, which was tasty and wholesome. Mr. Joshua also helped us in the sightseeing itinerary. His entire staff were excellent

Pros: It was very clean and neat. Well maintained. The staff was very friendly.

Pros: Hospitality of the staff, Food, Economical. Very flexible.
