Clean Room & Friendly Staff
Pros: Very new clean rooms which were a decent size and the bathroom was clean. It has wifi and breakfast offered which I didn't try out once. A good location as practically all buses go into the sultan bathery town area so it's very easy to get a bus. Friendly staff a young chap called Jinse was very helpful and the owner helped me find a bus to go into bitherkad.
Cons: The bathroom doesn't have a sink or a shower head which I found a bit strange, basically it has a toilet / shower head for the toilet and a separate tap for you to have a bucket bath. The rooms need some ventilation air vents or AC. And a comfortable chair and small table. Turn off the corridor lights in the event as you can see the lights through the doors and window curtains that are not wide enough. You need a menu in the rooms for breakfast and perhaps some information regarding times etc.

I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Pros: Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was nice. It was clean, compact, roomy with excellent service. The room itself was well equipped and more comfortable than other nearby stays.
Cons: Breakfast was complementary & can be improved further more ,food was good but can be improved in terms of varieties & availablity.

Generally good, very friendly, but two important improvment should be done.
Pros: We liked the place because the room was big, quiet in the night, and the staff very friendly, helpful and easy going. We came for nature and birdwatching, and the surrondings proved to be interessant. We also visited Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary that is easily accessible by bus from Loyal residency. We asked for laundry service and it was perfectly done for an excellent price. Laundry shops are often rare in India, as far as we know (we visited only 3 states so far).
Cons: There are unfortunately two problems. The first one is directly affecting the comfort. The roof structure, metalic, is changing your room in an oven when there's sun. I winter, weather was fresh and perfect outside, but the room was far too hot. There's a strong fan, but even A/C woudn't be the solution: I think a different roof would be much better. The second problem is classic in India and I guess that, if more visitors complain about it, things can change faster. Apparently, the hotel is littering the garbage in the propery, at the other side of the parking. Regularly, they simply burn it, which is the worst solution of all. Not only for the ecological problem and risk for the health of people breathing that, it makes the room smelly from time to time ; a dangerous smell.
